1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request.”

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product(s) in question (if applicable).

Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or our error ( wrong item sent, damaged product), Phineas Travel will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the same form as your original payment method (Note: we only accept Cash on Delivery, so refunds will be processed accordingly).

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process the return and refund.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

6. Exchanges
At this time, Phineas Travel does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly process the cancellation and refund the full purchase amount.
